The I AM Yoga School program offers 20 different modules. All of these modules are included in the 200-hour yoga teacher training program or they can be taken separately.

Intro to Vinyasa Yoga
Begin the journey of understanding the philosophy and practicality of vinyasa yoga. Its literal translation means “to place in a special way”. It is linked with the breath and usually means moving intentionally or meditatively. Includes a basic understanding of asana, pranayama, and sun salutations.

Practicum
Choose one of the following options: (1)Teach three one-hour yoga classes, (2) Teach the Signature Yoga Class to cohort and staff, (3) Co-teach 30-mins of five yoga classes in-studio. Then write a 4-page essay about the experience.

Studentship
Attend 10 yoga classes either online or in-studio and complete a journal entry for each class. Reflect on what was learned as a student and write observations on class reflection form. Each block includes 10 hours of studentship.
